motivational conference
Perfect planning. Perfect execution. Working closely with the A-Plant marketing team we developed ideas and themes for the conference right through to the design of the conference identity; designed and printed delegate packs and invites; co-ordinated their mailout; produced videos and PowerPoint templates for the presentations; designed the stage set and organised the A/V team; provided complete backup on the day, coping with last minute changes to presentations and table plans etc...
Having filmed the whole event we were then able to produce a summary DVD and 2,500 copies were sent out with the A-Plant newsletter.
