One such case was a major project we've just finished for NHS Gloucestershire. They wanted to offer all their workforce "Lighten Up at Work" - a health and well being programme that covers a range of issues from making small, but important lifestyle changes, to cognitive behavioural therapy, from keeping a balance between home and work life, to identifying the causes of and ways of dealing with stress.　
Delivering this training resource to the broad audience in a consistent, instructive, informative and fun way was the challenge.
Our solution was to use video to provide the core training scenarios. Here we mixed hard hitting case studies with amusing drama sequences. These are then discussed by leading experts in a TV studio setting. But the final videos aren't just passive entertainment - the DVD's are designed for workshop use and deliberately they stop at key points allowing for group discussion and interaction.
